Construction Supervisor
to help us deliver exceptional homes in established neighbourhoods.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a supervisor with experience managing knockdown rebuilds, and predominantly high-set homes.
You'll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across Central Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
Problem-solve site-specific challenges (e.g., access, demolition)
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
About You
Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction
Strong understanding of Brisbane's inner-city building conditions
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – required
Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
White Card and valid Driver's Licence
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
