Responsibilities
* Open and close the store and supervise shifts.
* Deliver clear, constructive feedback to team members.
* Assist with training and onboarding of staff.
* Provide customer service at registers with a positive attitude.
* Maintain stocked shelves to meet customer demand.
* Identify and mitigate incidents or hazards to promote safety.
