We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and secure business agreements across the state. The ideal candidate will have expertise in nurturing existing relationships, expanding emerging accounts, and converting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Optimize sales performance by developing and executing a robust growth plan that targets both short-term wins and long-term opportunities with key customers
 * Secure business agreements across our broad product range including decorative coatings, render, texture and membrane systems, as well as cladding solutions
 * Collaborate closely with Dulux Trade and Acratex teams to align strategies, influence key stakeholders, and deliver a cohesive customer experience
 * Develop and present compelling business proposals to customers that provide a win-win outcome for all parties involved
 * Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
