As the Brand + Communication Marketing Manager, you will be across all things marketing—from managing the team in their day‑to‑day, to leading the go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches, campaigns, and brand activation moments.
In this role, you are defining the direction of the brand, managing our public image, and ensuring our communication is heard by the right people at the right time.
The Role
As the Brand & Communication Marketing Manager, you are the guardian of our reputation. You will be creatively driven but focused on making data‑centric decisions to drive growth for the brand. You will be confident in managing projects to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Functionally manage the marketing team in their day‑to‑day tasks to ensure shared goals are met.
* Leading the go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches, strategic rollouts, and brand activation moments.
* Ensure that every brand touchpoint is aligned with overarching brand objectives to maintain a consistent market voice.
* Consolidate reporting from direct reports (SEO, SEM, and Content) so that the key leadership team can make informed decisions on brand growth objectives.
* Build relationships with industry journalists and secure expert commentary spots in trade media.
* Identify and secure strategic partnerships with industry bodies and key opinion leaders.
* Proven track record in mentoring cross‑functional teams and orchestrating high‑ROI, lead‑generating communication strategies.
* Blending creative vision with rigorous data interpretation and deep‑dives analysis to drive evidence‑based marketing decisions.
* Expert management of complex, multi‑brand projects, ensuring all initiatives align with overarching business objectives and commercial timelines.
* Deep understanding of strategic storytelling designed for high press pick‑up and the ability to maximize "Earned Media" to establish market authority.
