About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliableIT Hardware Technicianto join our team in acasual, hybrid role. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by providing hands-on repairs and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT hardware. This includes computers, printers, mobile devices, and networking equipment. The role involves travel to client sites using acompany-provided vehicle, with all tolls covered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and being part of a professional, service-driven team.
What does my day to day look like?
You'll be responsible for responding to service requests, diagnosing and repairing IT hardware, and maintaining accurate records of completed work. Your day may include visiting client sites, providing on-site technical support, configuring or upgrading equipment, and resolving faults efficiently and professionally. You will also contribute to our commitment to delivering a high standard of service and building long-term client relationships.
What you will bring to the role:
* Previous experience in IT hardware support, troubleshooting and repair
* Good working knowledge of desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to client locations
* Familiarity with job tracking or ticketing systems is an advantage
* Competitive hourly rate of$39 to $44, based on experience
* Flexiblecasual rolewith ahybrid working model
* Company car and tolls providedfor all site visits
