Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert financial advice, developing and maintaining financial models, and ensuring the integrity of our financial systems.
This role involves creating and delivering training guides and courses to support employees in using financial and procurement systems, as well as playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
The Financial Analyst will consult with employees to identify business needs, lead business process reviews, and provide operational training and support for implemented systems. They will also mentor the Finance team, drive a culture of excellence, and ensure compliance with City policies and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* An undergraduate qualification in Accounting or Commerce
* Membership of CPA or CA ANZ or equivalent
* 3 years leadership and accounting experience in a medium/large organisation
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
