Kingpin Darwin is on the lookout for a Bar Manager to join our vibrant crew and atmosphere As a key player in our bustling entertainment venue, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving up smiles and crafting unforgettable experiences (and cocktails ) for our guests

What You'll Do:
* Manage a team behind the bar, focusing on promoting a positive culture and nurturing wellbeing
* Focus on ordering and stocktake duties, as well as keep up to date with high safety standards
* Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our new cocktail creations
* Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards
* Engage with guests, providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
* Assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations across the department
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in leadership in a bar setting is highly regarded - open to general bar experience too We're keen on developing our people
