 
        
        Commercial construction projects rely heavily on effective contract administration to ensure their successful execution. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of all commercial and contractual aspects related to these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide support in managing client and subcontractor variations, progress claims, and invoicing processes.
 * Prepare, negotiate, and issue subcontract packages.
 * Establish communication channels with key stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
 * Administer purchase orders, manage RFIs, maintain document control, and keep registers up-to-date.
 * Be involved in final account settlements and project closeout procedures.
 * Participate in project meetings with teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration within the commercial build/fit-out sector.
 * Strong understanding of Western Australia's commercial build contracts, terms, building standards, and legal implications.
 * Proficiency in using contractual management software applications.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, business, or engineering.
