Your new role
This role blends business analysis and service design to support program delivery. You'll be responsible for gathering user needs, mapping end-to-end business processes and customer journeys, and providing insight-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaboration is key-you'll facilitate workshops, help shape user-centred designs, and document everything clearly for long-term sustainability.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong experience in business process and customer journey mapping
* Confident in gathering and documenting business requirements and identifying process changes
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
* Systems thinking mindset-able to see the bigger picture and link moving parts
* Comfortable facilitating workshops, creating documentation, and using MS Office (including Visio)
