Precinct General Manager
Job Description
This is a leadership role that requires strong knowledge of the property industry and excellent people management skills. As a Precinct General Manager, you will be responsible for managing onsite teams and contributing to the overall performance of an asset portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the onsite team within a precinct
* Have a view of precinct wide property performance, participating in monthly reporting
* Foster a culture of 'whole of portfolio' view, ensuring cross sector connection, inclusion and thought
* Act as a change agent and role model efficiencies and improvements as they roll out
* Share practical and constructive feedback to enhance the account and foster continuous improvement
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in property management, specifically managing large assets consisting of retail and/or commercial sites. A tertiary qualification in a property-related discipline and a Certificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence are essential. Additionally, you should have demonstrated people management skills, with strong experience in leading and engaging a team.

* High level of commercial acumen, financial aptitude and the ability to resolve issues and work to tight deadlines within a changing environment
