About this Position
We are seeking an experienced financial professional to manage the finances of our organization. This fixed term contract will run until 26th February 2027, with a possibility for extension.
Main Responsibilities:
* Invoicing and Collections: Generate accurate and timely invoices, address customer inquiries and disputes.
* Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare key revenue reports, ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
* Accounting and Compliance: Manage General Ledger account reconciliations, prepare tax returns.
* System Administration: Maintain finance system, including user access, training and issue resolution.
* Process Improvement: Identify improvements in work methods, develop Finance policies and procedures.
