**Your new role**
As the receptionist/ office administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and stakeholders. You will assist staff members with some general administration tasks when required as well as accounts payable tasks when required. Main responsibilities will include managing and answering a busy switchboard and fulfilling front of house duties such as but not limited to: 
Maintaining and ordering of office supplies.
Organising travel, meetings and events as required.
Providing professional and friendly customer service.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your organisational skills and excellent customer service skills will lead you to your success, as will;
Ability to plan your work but prioritise tasks in order of urgency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
