This is an opportunity for high‑calibre consultants to take on significant responsibility early, work closely with senior clients, and help shape the next phase of a rapidly growing consulting platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive analysis, synthesise and structure insights to produce deliverables for client engagements.
* Present recommendations and coach the client’s team to deliver transformational change and lasting results.
* Structure problems, identify root causes and steer the project towards progress.
* Foster deep and trusting relationships with our clients, supporting them with problem solving, developing improvement initiatives and accelerating implementation.
* Provide mentoring and coaching for junior team members to accelerate their development.
* Collaborate with Managers and Partners to produce proposals.
* Play a key role in managing internal processes such as Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Knowledge Management and Training.
Background & Experience Required
* Successful management consulting experience (minimum of 4 years with a top‑tier consulting firm), within industrial sectors (e.g., defence, heavy industry, utilities or logistics), along with a proven track record of promotion.
* Batchelor degree ideally or higher (e.g. MBA).
* Strong analytical, synthesis, problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Confident on taking project management responsibilities and leading a team.
* Motivation to further grow with a young and ambitious company.
* Enthusiastic about working in teams and a willingness to travel between Australian cities and regions
