Logistics Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating, coordinating, and managing TRUCK jobs, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients and drivers.
This role involves:
* Allocating and coordinating TRUCK jobs between clients and drivers
* Managing drivers, vehicles, and owners of all vehicles across the fleet
* Coordinating maintenance and repair of company-owned vehicles
* Providing regular reporting to clients on work performed and costs incurred
Key skills and qualities include:
* Sound geographical knowledge of Adelaide suburbs and surrounding areas
* Ability to quickly learn new software programs and become confident in its use
* Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of tasks simultaneously
* Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office suite of programs
