Role:
With a primary focus on NetSuite ERP. This role will act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and other business units to ensure optimal performance, integration, and utilisation of our clients financial platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support both technical and functional aspects of finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and administer NetSuite, including user access, roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, and customisations.
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline finance operations through automation and improved system functionality.
* Lead or support NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
* Provide daily support to finance and business users, resolving system issues and ensuring data integrity.
* Develop and maintain financial reports, saved searches, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
* Create and maintain process documentation and provide training to users on NetSuite features and best practices.
* Partner with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, etc.) and external vendors to deliver system solutions aligned with business needs.
* Support internal controls and ensure system compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience working in a Finance Transformation role (administration, configuration, or implementation).
* Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, procurement, etc.).
* Experience with NetSuite ERP in at least one role.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
