**Financial Accounting Role Overview**
This is a key financial accounting role within our Finance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
The role involves managing financial accounting and fixed asset transactions, maintaining accurate account balances, and reconciling discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial accounting and fixed asset transactions
* Maintain accurate account balances and reconcile discrepancies
* Support the Group Accountant in ensuring the integrity of the organization's trial balance
* Contribute to the monthly reconciliation process
* Prepare detailed reconciliations and maintain ongoing documentation to support the annual audit process

* Strong foundation in financial accounting
* In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
