Change Manager
Australian citizens residing in Australia are required to apply. A Baseline Clearance is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Weighting: 50%
2. SFIA Organisational change management level 5: Develops the change management approach and a change management plan in collaboration with sponsors, users, and project teams. Creates and implements action plans to ensure readiness for the change before going live. Acquires change management resources and develops their capabilities to deliver the required changes. Gathers feedback for timely improvements to the change management plan and approach. Assesses risks and takes preventative action. Develops and communicates tailored change management plans for senior stakeholder groups. Provides guidance and makes suggestions to support change sponsors.
3. Weighting: 15%
4. SFIA Portfolio, programme and project support level 5: Takes responsibility for the provision of portfolio, programme, and project support. Advises on standards, procedures, methods, tools, and techniques. Evaluates project and/or programme performance and recommends changes. Contributes to reviews and audits to ensure conformance to standards.
5. Weighting: 15%
6. SFIA Specialist advice level 5: Provides definitive and expert advice in their specialist area. Maintains recognized expert knowledge. Oversees provision of advice by others. Consolidates expertise to support organizational objectives. Promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge.
7. Weighting: 20%
8. SFIA Stakeholder relationship management level 4: Manages resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and information dissemination. Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. Uses feedback to measure management effectiveness. Develops and enhances relationships.
Preferred Skills
1. Knowledge of procurement, contracting processes or platforms in a government context.
2. Knowledge of the DTAs Digital Service Standard.
3. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team using agile methodology.
