Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a role that involves coordination, logistics, and quality assurance?
This position supports the end-to-end execution of print production and point-of-sale (POS) materials. You will work closely with the Production Buyer and broader creative and client services teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective print solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the sampling, ordering, and delivery of store POS and marketing collateral.
* Support the Production Buyer in sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes for print and packaging needs.
* Track production timelines and update stakeholders on progress, proactively flagging risks or delays.
You will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure final collateral meets specifications and quality standards. Additionally, you will assist with packaging production logistics, maintain production documentation, and monitor budget tracking and cost estimates.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in print production, marketing coordination, or a similar role (agency or in-house).
* Familiarity with print processes and production terminology.
* Experience using project management tools or systems.
* Understanding of basic design and file formats; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is advantageous.
