With decades of experience, it has built a reputation for providing comprehensive advice and fostering lasting client relationships. **Your new role** As the Client Services Officer in our Accounting division, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your role is central to maintaining strong client relationships and assisting our team of accountants with day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:- Managing reception duties such as mail collection and handling incoming calls- Coordinating workflow and monitoring the progress of tasks across 1-3 Accountants- Building and nurturing client relationships through effective communication and support- Overseeing document management, including scanning, uploading to client portals, and facilitating e-signatures- Assisting with regulatory compliance by liaising with the ATO, ABR, and ASIC- Delivering general administrative support to the Accounting team**What you'll need to succeed**- 2-3 years experience in an administrative role in a public practice accounting firm- Experience using Xero and XPLAN- Understanding of BAS, Tax returns and Financial Statements- Excellent verbal and written communication**What you'll get in return**- Work for a long-standing accounting firm- Receive a competitive salary- Prime Gold Coast location- Hybrid work from home after probation period**What you need to do now** If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to, or call us now.
