Job Title: Programme Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented support to participants in the programme. This role requires guiding and supervising staff, collaborating with employers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirements.
About the Role:
* This position involves leading by example within the programme, taking a hands-on approach to front-line service delivery work, coaching and mentoring team members, and supporting and developing the skills of lower or similar classified staff.
* You will lead employer engagement at allocated sites, ensuring all workplaces meet safety requirements and that the relevant Award conditions and pay are applied to participants.
* Develop and monitor the performance of other programme staff in relation to employment anchors, outcomes, post placement support, and all other requirements of the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead employer engagement and ensure workplace safety.
* Agree with employers and prepare wage subsidy requests.
* Monitor the performance of other programme staff.
* Provide day-to-day supervision and support to lower or similar classified employees.
Selection Criteria:
* A relevant qualification related to the programme delivery.
* At least 3 years demonstrated experience working in disability services.
* Strong commitment to and advanced understanding of recovery-based practice.
* Excellent knowledge of the programme requirements.
