Job Description
We are seeking experienced Project Coordinators to join our construction team on two major projects. This opportunity offers career development possibilities within a national business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and budgeting tasks.
* C Coordinate efforts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
* Maintain compliance with project specifications, contracts, and relevant regulations.
* Ensure up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders.
* Track progress, update milestones, and proactively address any issues to maintain project schedules.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Post-graduate experience of 2-3 years in project coordination or management within the construction sector.
* Proven experience delivering large-scale projects.
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Proficiency with construction project management tools and software.
* Sound understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements.
