Responsibilities:
4. Kick off new projects by verifying essential project information, coordinating with marketing on collateral updates, and setting up sales incentives;
5. From reservation through to settlement, manage and monitor all aspects of the sales process, ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are met and updates are communicated effectively;
6. Facilitate the contract exchange and closely monitor the payment schedules, intervening when necessary to prevent contract terminations and ensuring vendor commission claims are processed timely; and
7. Lead the pre-settlement procedures including updating project statuses, coordinating inspections, and finalising settlements, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared for a smooth transition.
Requirements:
8. Proven administrative expertise, preferably in real estate sales or a similar sector;
9. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders;
11. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency; and
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
