Bring your well-developed research and analytical skills in this permanent role as an Analyst, to assess applications for Australian Financial Services and Australian Credit licences.
Responsibilities
Assessing basic to moderately complex Australian Financial Services Licence and Australian Credit Licence applications.
Dealing with enquiries relating to assessment and decision making.
Communicating effectively with applicants and preparing documentation on issues identified during the assessment process.
Providing recommendations and preparing documentation for refusal of licence applications.
Liaising and negotiating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Please note that the role is available at either ASIC3 or ASIC4 classification. You will be asked to indicate the classification that you wish to apply for.
Classification
ASIC3 – from $78,720 + 15.4% superannuation: candidates with minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience.
ASIC4 – from $94,198 + 15.4% superannuation: candidates with minimum 4-5 years' relevant experience.
About You
With your demonstrated experience in researching, analysing and interpreting complex information and legislation, you will have the technical expertise and skills to resolve complex customer queries and achieve impactful outcomes. Your experience includes strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders, as well as sound time management skills with strong attention to detail. Experience in the financial services space is preferred.
You Will Also Demonstrate
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences, with strong editing skills and the ability to distil key messages.
Confidence engaging with others, including participating in difficult and challenging discussions.
