Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive operations professional to support our Executive Director.
This is a varied and hands-on position that blends executive support, office management, financial administration, and event coordination.
You will need to be a confident all-rounder with strong discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
About the Role:
* Provide high-level operational support to the Executive Director.
* Oversight of daily office operations and facilities management.
* Financial administration including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and audit support services.
* Support the planning and delivery of events such as stakeholder forums, networking events, and conferences.
* Liaise with stakeholders and provide administrative support across organisational priorities.
