Job Description
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests on board our vessels;
* Assist in the safe operation of the vessel, including deck maintenance and navigation;
* Participate in pre- and post-cruise preparations, including cleaning and provisioning;
* Work collaboratively with other crew members to deliver high-quality guest experiences;
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and business performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Deckhand role with demonstrated deck experience;
* General Purpose Hand Certificate, with Coxswain Grade 1 NC advantageous;
* QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol certification;
* QLD Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) certification;
* First Aid, CPR, and Advanced O2 certification highly regarded.
