Your new role
Working under an established Senior Site Manager, the Finishes Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality finishes to all aspects of the build. This involves, but is not limited to:
* Being able to manage and follow programs and deadlines
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Effectively managing a Leading Hand and working alongside the Structures Foreman, Site Manager, and Safety Advisor to oversee finishing phases of the project.
* Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
* Providing leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Monitoring project progress and reporting to the Site Manager on a regular basis.
* Organising, managing, and coordinating trades on-site
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience as a Foreman on projects over $50 million. You will have:
* Previous experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 companies
* Experience with retail, pools, escalators or multi-res finishes is highly lucrative.
* Proficiency in the Jumpform process and finishing phases of construction projects
* Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
* The ability to work independently and follow relevant programs/systems
* Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure
* Proven experience completing projects from start to completion
