Job Description:
* Draft and proofread client documents and marketing materials
* Coordinate conferences and manage associated logistics
* Develop and manage client mailouts and communications
* Update company and client website content
* Support marketing campaigns, events, and social media scheduling
* Coordinate marketing projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
* Excellent literacy and grammar skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Comfortable working independently and remotely
* Previous experience working with ASX-listed companies is highly regarded but not essential
