Centre Leadership Opportunity
At our centre, we strive to provide a state-of-the-art facility with a developed philosophy and unique Image of the Child underpinning our curriculum and service approaches. Our centre caters for 120 children per day and has been designed with children at the forefront, starting with the spaces we have created and the expertise of the educators we hire.
We are seeking an experienced leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large teams in high-quality early learning environments. They will be responsible for effectively managing staff rosters in line with compliance requirements and maintaining compliance in relation to the National Quality Framework and National Law and regulations, as well as the Child Safe Standards.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders. They will have a sound knowledge of theorists, early childhood practices, approaches, and Learning Frameworks. Experience in implementing and commitment to continuous improvement to achieve high-quality outcomes for children is also essential.
