Your Role as our Administration Officer – Youth Support Services
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Youth Support Services program at our Eagleby Neighbourhood Centre location. The role will assist with data entry, administrative support to the team and maintaining the office including supplies, resources and processes.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Undertaking front of office reception work including answering phone enquiries, taking messages and referrals and providing appropriate reception support.
* Providing administrative support to leaders in the delivery of Youth and Family program activities.
* Processing all referrals and initial intake contact with referred persons, including any follow up contacts required.
* Facilitating and building effective and positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting organisational management meetings in an administrative capacity.
This is a Fixed-Term Part-Time opportunity until 30/06/2026. The role consists of 19.5 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For
* A completed Certificate IV in Human Services or equivalent.
* Current and valid Paid Blue Card.
* High level communication skills and demonstrated ability to engage with community members efficiently and effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks.
Essential Requirements
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
