The Role We’re looking for a talented Digital Producer to join us for a 9-month fixed term contract, where you’ll have a real opportunity to make an impact. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the implementation of NGS Super’s new Adobe MarTech platform, including Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll be responsible for building and managing digital content in the new CMS, while also delivering business as usual updates in Kentico during the transition period. This is an in house, hands on production role focused on high quality execution. What you’ll do Build, configure and publish digital content and pages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as part of the CMS implementation. Deliver business-as-usual content updates and campaign activity within the existing Kentico CMS, ensuring continuity during the migration period. Support the delivery of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) initiatives by preparing, maintaining and updating campaign content, templates and assets required for Martech execution. Work closely with the Digital Experience Team, Marketing and key business stakeholders to translate requirements into accurate, well-structured digital content. Manage end-to-end content production tasks, including page builds, content updates, asset management and quality assurance across CMS platforms. Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards and regulatory requirements. Support content migration activities from Kentico to AEM, including content preparation, validation and remediation. Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure content accuracy, consistency and quality across digital channels. Contribute to improving CMS processes, templates and ways of working to support efficient and scalable content delivery. About you A dedicated and user-centred Producer, you will bring the following key skills: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a hands-on digital production or CMS role within a professional, enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience working with enterprise content management systems. Strong practical experience building and managing content directly within CMS platforms (this is a hands-on production role, not an agency producer role). Experience supporting CMS implementations or platform migrations is highly desirable. Solid CMS experience essential, with working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred. Working knowledge of HTML and CMS templating concepts. Strong stakeholder collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams. If you’re available for an immediate start and someone who loves solving problems and hands-on delivery, we would love to hear from you. We are a super fund that has an exceptional work culture, provides a diverse offering in developing our people and you can be a part of it while earning an attractive remuneration package! Interested and suitably qualified candidates should submit a copy of their updated CV. Please note that to be eligible for this role, you are required to have permanent Australian working rights and residency.
