**The Opportunity**
Our People and Corporate Services division is dedicated to looking after our most important asset - our people. Through managing human resources, information technology, legal, finance, safety, security and more, they ensure our talented employees can focus on the job at hand and deliver for South Australia.

We are looking to establish a pool of graduates for opportunities that are immediately available at the start of 2025 and that may come up over the following 12 months.

We have exciting opportunities for graduates across the following teams:
**People, Culture and Capability** are focused on looking after our people and driving a high performing workplace with strong leadership, organisational capability, and a diverse and inclusive culture that exemplifies our departmental values.

This team is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR function. Graduates have the opportunity to get involved in:

- HR Operations and Advisory
- Employee and Industrial Relations
- Workforce Management
- Recruitment
- HR Reporting
- Learning and Development
- Workforce Planning and Strategy
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The **Safety, Security, Risk and Emergency Management** team is dedicated to upholding our total focus on workplace and project safety by identifying risk, developing policy and maintaining business continuity and emergency response protocols.

Graduates have the opportunity to get involved in:

- Return to Work
- Managing safety operations and policy
- Emergency planning, preparedness, response and recovery
- Ensuring protective and physical security
- Managing enterprise risk and ensuring robust business continuity plans are in place

**About You**
We'd love to hear from graduates who have completed a minimum three-year degree, **within the last three years**, in:

- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Relations
- Psychological Science
- Organisational Psychology
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Human Services
- Or equivalent/related field.

**Salary**
Year 1: ASO3 - $67,589 per annum, plus 11.5% employer super contributions.

**Applicants must have the following**:

- Undergraduate qualifications received between the years 2022 and 2025.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a visa that allows them to work in Australia.
- National Police Check (or be willing to get one) and may also be required to undergo other employment checks.
