Licensing Agreement Lead Role Summary
This is an opportunity to play a critical role in the Crop Science business by driving strategic growth, managing commercial contracts, and developing partnerships.
* Strategically manage licensing agreements, contracts, and partnerships for Crop Science portfolios to drive revenue and expand market share.
* Maintain governance and oversee third-party relationships, ensuring compliance with licenses and regulations to minimize risk.
* Develop customer-centric materials and tactics promoting stewardship and compliance to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage electronic agreement distribution, review seasonal audit requirements, and monitor results to ensure timely execution and accuracy.
* Create a short-term glyphosate portfolio strategy for ANZ and execute Bayer's Crop Science strategy for in-licensing products to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* Experience: 8+ years in product management or marketing, preferably in the agricultural seed & chemical market with a focus on licensing and partnerships.
* Credentials: Excellent commercial acumen, strong contract negotiation skills, and demonstrated collaboration experience with external industry groups.
