About the Role

You will embark on a journey to learn, develop, and implement various functions of this critical role. Your responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive an unparalleled experience from their first inquiry to driving away in their new vehicle.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the automotive industry and contribute to our success.

* Master product knowledge to deliver engaging and informative demonstrations to customers.
* Build strong customer relationships by clearly explaining product benefits and anticipating needs.
* Provide exceptional support through answering questions about vehicles, products, and financial services.
* Assist with test drives, delivery, and sales documentation, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
* Utilize web-based systems to keep customer information accurate and support the sales process.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have:

* A strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or the automotive industry.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to adapt your approach to suit individual customer needs.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Suite and digital platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
