We are a growing NDIS service provider and are looking to expanding our team of dedicated Support Workers to provide direct support to participants with a variation of needs.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Supporting participants to perform daily activities, while enhancing their choice and control in decision making
* Encourage and implement life skills learning and development
* Facilitate personal care tasks and support with daily hygiene
* Transporting participants to required social activities and appointments
* Implementing and monitoring Behavioral Management Strategies from Plans.
* Supporting and encouraging informal networks and relationships
* Upholding the rights, independence and dignity of all participants, ensuring confidentiality at all times
* Actively engage in mandatory training for compliance in regard to high care needs
Disability Support Workers will be required to follow clear protocols, and adhere to company policies + procedures while also ensuring compliance with NDIS regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Full Queensland Driver's License
* A reliable vehicle for transportation
* Certificate III or equivalent in relevant studies. Knowledge or experience is desirable but not essential
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
* Maintain a mobile phone and email address
* Work references
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $37.89 – $49.00 per hour
