This role requires an experienced video director and editor with a proven track record in developing concepts, directing productions, and managing projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 4+ years experience in a similar role at an agency, freelance, or in-house
* Proactive problem-solving skills and strong initiative

Responsibilities
Video Director:
* Take charge of filming and directing video ads on set and at locations for clients
* High level of understanding of camera operation & control of lighting
* Ability to manage production timelines and ensure ads are of high quality and completed on time
* Pre-production tasks such as shot list/storyboard and set preparation
* Writing project briefs and working closely with producers and editors
Video Editor:
* Highly skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro, sound design, green screen, basic After Effects, and moderate motion graphics
* Ability to create engaging pacing and usage of effects, transitions, and captions for modern edits
* Proactive at problem solving, initiative, and signs of a strong leader the team will enjoy working with
Requirements
* Experience with professional cameras and iPhone capture
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
