Job Summary
The Principal Consultant bridges the gap between business and technical teams by resolving complex Workday intersystem issues.
Becomes a Workday Recruiting and Talent product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Leverages expertise to recommend optimal solutions based on client requirements, timeframe, and adaptability to changing needs.
Guides clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday HCM projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Leadership
: Guides clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and unique business requirements.
Expertise Development
: Becomes proficient in Workday Recruiting and Talent products, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Client Support
: Regularly engages and supports clients throughout all project phases to ensure smooth operations.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
