ABOUT THE ROLE: The Administration Officer is a key member of the Lake Tuggeranong College administration team, supporting the efficient operation of the school and ensuring compliance with ACT Education Directorate requirements and relevant legislation. Working under general direction, the Administration Officer will provide high-level administrative support to the Operations Manager and Business Manager in the day-to-day management of the college. The role focuses on: Student enrolments and associated processes Sentral system administration and management Staffing support, including assistance with routine staffing processes Careers administration, including managing student enquiries, maintaining work experience (WEX) and ASbA records, coordinating student bookings and calendars, sending reminders for outstanding paperwork, and communicating learning opportunities to students, parents, and external stakeholders General administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations in line with Directorate priorities This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy school environment.
