Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage allocated global accounts and ensure that all administrative activities are carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Working closely with Assistant Client Service Executives, you will provide guidance and support to ensure that account handling activities are completed to the highest standard. You will also work collaboratively with other departments to resolve any accounting and processing problems that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret information and solve problems effectively. You will also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

* Guide and support Assistant Client Service Executives in account handling activities
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting and processing problems
* Manage global accounts and ensure timely completion of administrative activities
* Develop strong relationships with clients, brokers and other external parties


Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with prior experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, preferably with 3-5 years of relevant knowledge. You will also need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
