With eight design studios spread around the world, chances are you've seen our work before.
We work across architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and urban design - a rich multi-disciplinary mix of skills and perspectives that unlocks the economic, social and cultural value of projects.
We combine our creative design expertise with capabilities in strategy, research, technology and experience design, and we regularly collaborate with experts and partners from further afield.
Through our work, we're trying to build a more inclusive, sustainable future for communities - and create a more socially and ecologically resilient world.
This is a legacy-defining opportunity to steer one of Queensland's largest and most significant new health infrastructure developments. We are pioneering a new standard for design excellence in public health, and we need a strategic leader to be at the helm. This is a role for an architect who thrives on complexity and is driven to make a tangible impact on our communities.
As a Senior Associate, you'll be the central point of connection, guiding a large, multidisciplinary team with a calm and collaborative hand.
Your role is to foster a strong design culture, ensure the vision holds true from concept to construction, and build trusted partnerships with our clients.
If you're a natural leader who enjoys uniting a talented team around a shared purpose, this is the role for you.
What You'll Achieve:
* Guide and inspire a large multidisciplinary design team, fostering a culture of design excellence and open collaboration.
* Shepherd a high-profile, complex project from design through to construction, ensuring the best possible outcome for the community it will serve.
* Become a trusted partner to our clients, building strong relationships based on clear communication and a shared commitment to quality.
* Confidently navigate the complexities of ECI and Design & Construct delivery, always championing the integrity of the design.
* Mentor emerging leaders within the team, taking pride in their growth and the collective success of the project.
Who We're Looking For:
* A registered architect with significant experience leading large-scale, complex projects and an interest in delivering a significant Health project.
* A natural leader with a proven ability to mentor and manage diverse design teams in a supportive way.
* An excellent communicator who enjoys bringing people together and building strong, collaborative relationships.
* An expert in design management and coordination processes, with a deep understanding of all project stages.
* Someone with a working knowledge of Revit and modern, collaborative digital workflows.
Our team enjoys a wide range of benefits to support their development and well-being:
* 16 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers.
* A progressive flexible work policy that allows hybrid work, location flexibility and work pattern flexibility.
* Development and training opportunities, including access to online training programs and our People Coach program.
* Study assistance.
