Construction Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Yarrawonga region on a full-time, ongoing basis. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to final inspection and maintenance stage.
Job Description
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing trades, establishing a reliable trade base, and building strong relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders. This role requires ensuring correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times, delivering quality homes within set time frames and budgeted guidelines, enforcing OH&S regulations, and managing day-to-day activities on site, suppliers, paperwork, and admin tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience, or a strong trade background is essential.
* A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHS regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems is necessary.
* A valid driver's license is required.
* Solid project management skills, including managing and developing a trade network, are crucial.
* Effective communication skills with diverse customer groups are necessary.
* An eagerness to learn and be part of a supportive team is desired.
