Roles and Responsibilities
* Recruitment Support
o Post job advertisements.
o Search, map, and shortlist potential applicants.
o Schedule phone screens and interviews.
o Maintain recruitment systems and generate reports.
o Manage and track referrals and payments.
o Draft letters of offer.
* Onboarding and Induction Support
o Monitor and support managers in completing onboarding and induction documents.
o Maintain personnel files.
o Organize and book employee medicals.
o Order and track uniforms.
* Training Coordination
o Coordinate mandatory training requirements and bookings.
o Assist with developing training materials, employee confirmations, and instructions.
o Review training documentation, programs, and procedures.
o Liaise with external training providers.
o Maintain training records, Learning Management System (McNab Academy), and eLearning courses.
* Employee Information Management
o Maintain training databases to ensure compliance with mandatory training and legislation.
o Manage electronic employee files.
o Collate data for HR metrics and monthly reporting.
* Other HR Team Support
o Assist with general HR reporting.
o Process express supplier payments and ensure timely submission.
o Track and report employee productivity.
o Monitor and schedule performance plans and reviews.
Required Experience
* Proven experience in general administration, HR, or recruitment administration.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in IT systems, including database management, HRIS, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Minimum Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (desirable).
* Experience in the construction industry (desirable).
