Our client is a growing development company with over 10 years of success in Australia. They have helped more than 2,000 Australian families find their new homes. Currently, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing efforts across multiple high-rise development projects. This role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive project sales, enhance brand presence, and engage key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the property development industry, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creative marketing execution. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning Develop and implement marketing strategies for each development project. Define clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and execution timelines aligned with project milestones. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to position each project according to its brand, design, and market profile. 2. Project Marketing Management Oversee the full marketing lifecycle from pre-launch to post-completion. Manage the production of premium marketing collateral, including brochures, floorplans, videos, signage, display suite content, and digital assets. Liaise with branding and creative agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity. 3. Digital & Campaign Execution Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, EDMs, and paid media. Ensure websites, landing pages, and lead capture tools are optimised and aligned with project goals. Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable reports for management and sales teams. 4. Budget & Supplier Management Develop and manage marketing budgets for each project and broader corporate brand initiatives. Source, engage, and manage external vendors, including creative agencies, media buyers, photographers, videographers, and event planners. Track expenditure to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Development, and Project Management teams to ensure aligned delivery of marketing and sales programs. Support sales agents with timely marketing materials, lead nurturing strategies, and buyer communications. Coordinate public relations, media briefings, launch events, and community engagement initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the property development sector in Australia. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record in developing and delivering successful project marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of the residential property development cycle and buyer journey. Proficiency in marketing tools and digital platforms. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
