IKAD Engineering is seeking an experienced Rubber Liner to join our Henderson workshop team. This is a hands-on trade role suited to someone ready to step into a stable environment where quality work and reliability are valued.

About the Role
Working within our fabrication and manufacturing workshop, you’ll carry out rubber lining work across a range of industrial components, contributing to production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Surface preparation and rubber lining installation
* Cutting, shaping and fitting liners to specification
* Reading drawings and following job instructions
* Completing quality checks and maintaining finish standards
* Working safely as part of a team-driven workshop
What We’re Looking For
You’re a practical tradesperson who values consistency, teamwork and solid workmanship.
You’ll bring:
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in rubber lining or similar industrial trade
* Workshop or heavy industry experience
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Strong safety mindset and reliability
* Must be currently residing in Australia with valid working rights
