Rolleston Open Cut is a 16Mtpa thermal coal mine located in the southern Bowen Basin in Central Queensland.
The mine has a long life of mine and low operating costs, making it a bright prospect. Since 2005, we have grown to become one of the largest surface mines in Australia, while fostering a culture underpinned by safety, achievement, flexibility and teamwork.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reliability Analyst to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the Maintenance team and reporting directly to the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Monitoring & Analysis: Using software to monitor mobile and field equipment, responding to events, and creating work orders for maintenance teams.
* Operational Performance: Supporting site asset health systems, driving defect elimination, and optimizing maintenance strategies for enhanced fleet reliability.
* Collaboration: Liaising with Maintenance, Production, and Planning teams to drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and cost efficiency.
* Condition Monitoring: Reviewing and monitoring oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, and non-destructive testing (NDT) to track equipment health.
* Maintenance Support: Coordinating with maintenance teams, assisting with diagnostics, and ensuring timely rectifications to improve equipment availability.
* Data Reporting & Reconciliation: Generating reports, validating work orders, and ensuring accurate data for maintenance planning.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a trade qualification with significant industry experience.
* Previous experience in reliability analysis, condition monitoring, or maintenance planning within a mining or heavy industrial environment.
* Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft tools, and data analysis software.
* A valid driver's license.
Desirable Skills and Certifications
* Experience with Asset Health software and condition monitoring techniques.
* Knowledge of FMECA maintenance strategies.
