Essential Criteria
* Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration
* Must have prior experience as a care manager
* Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
* Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
* Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations aligned with organisational values
* Plan and evaluate facility operations for quality care
* Implement strategic initiatives for continuous improvement
* Manage financial operations
* Ensure resident care aligns with Tailor-Made Service Model
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation reviews
* Provide leadership, management, and supervision
* Collaborate with support staff for facility direction and quality standards
