As an Administration and Review Officer based in Mt Isa, you will help ensure forensic operations meet international quality standards. In this role, you will:
* Ensure Compliance Deliver training and review forensic case files to maintain ISO standards and best practice.
* Drive Quality Improvements Conduct risk assessments, identify compliance trends, and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
* Streamline Operations Develop and maintain efficient office systems, processes, and reporting to support forensic leadership.
* Enhance Communication Establish strong internal and external communication channels for effective service delivery.
* Support Forensic Operations Provide administrative and financial support, including data management, expenditure processing, and accurate reporting for courts.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will have strong organisational skills, the ability to identify and implement process improvements, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support forensic operations. Experience in administration, quality assurance, or compliance roles will be highly regarded.
