About the role Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an Engineering Workshop Assistant to support workshop operations including sand blasting, painting, packaging, dispatch, and general production duties. Duties Sand blast, paint, and prime coat components to a high-quality standard Operate CNC punch press and assist with general workshop duties Prepare, wrap, palletise, and coordinate products for dispatch Travel to Sydney for deliveries and material collection as required Assist with occasional site work, including confined space and working at heights tasks when required Skills and experience Forklift license required, with TA or site experience highly regarded Confined space and working at heights tickets Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to work Physically fit, able to work independently, and capable of manual handling tasks Positive attitude with willingness to learn Benefits Competitive hourly rates from $27–35/hr penalty rates and overtime opportunities Early finish every Friday with optional Saturday overtime available Career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow How to Apply If you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic full-time position, please send us your resume today.
