Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Support Manager to provide specialist engineering expertise and technical support across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will focus on advanced rail fastening systems and anti-vibration technology, supporting railway authorities, consultants, and contractors on major infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technical product support in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Deliver technical presentations, reports, and training to clients and industry groups.
- Provide specialist advice on acoustic and vibration solutions for railway track systems.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and research teams to ensure product compliance and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across key markets including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and product innovations to maintain a strong technical presence in the sector.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (post-graduate qualifications highly regarded).
- Strong knowledge of railway track design and metro rail systems.
- Proven experience with vibration and noise attenuation systems.
- Established network and experience within the Southeast Asian rail industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- High level of computer literacy and technical report writing ability.
