About the role
The Products & Service Consultant is a full‐time position based in Minto, NSW. Reporting to the Product & Service Team Leader, this role focuses on delivering excellent customer service centered on technical information for residential customers.
In this role you will
* Meet service and SLA targets.
* Handle inbound calls, assess needs, and recommend products.
* Ensure quality interactions via monitoring and feedback.
* Build solid customer relationships.
* Log interactions in CRM for efficiency.
* Stay updated on products through training.
* Contribute to process improvements.
* Maintain professionalism.
* Participate in training and workshops.
* Conduct outbound surveys and campaigns.
Your hours of work: Monday to Friday from 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm as per weekly roster.
What you bring to the role
* Enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.
* Customer service experience involving technical information is advantageous.
* CRM knowledge and a background in construction or building materials is a plus.
* Passion for customer service with suitable experience to match.
* Computer skills and a willingness to learn.
