 
        
        Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAn exciting 12-month fixed-term prospect has opened with our client, a leading name in the insurance industry, for a Service Desk Analyst to join their supportive team.We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals who demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability.This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day from home each week.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide service desk and desktop support to agreed service levelsProvide 1st level troubleshooting assistance (via phone, e-mail and face to face)Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft application supportConduct equipment set-up, support and relocationProvide printer administrationPromote a security culture to meet our compliance requirementsUpdate and maintain the Service Desk system to ensure timely recording, customer updates and resolution of all jobsDesirable Skills and ExperiencePrevious demonstrated Level 1 Service Desk experience in a corporate environmentValid work visa to work permanently in AustraliaWorking knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, desktop software and Active Directory including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft TeamsStrong working knowledge of Active DirectoryWorking knowledge of desktops and mobile devices including tablets (Surface Pro)The ITIL Foundation Certificate is highly desirablePrevious exposure to Citrix environments and SharePoint is desirableNote: This description reflects the responsibilities and requirements as described by the hiring entity and may be subject to change.
